Stay Criteria
Identification – have a valid state-issued ID or jail ID.
Residency – be a resident of Henry or Rush County. Proof of residency is required. If you are currently on parole, parole must be in Henry County.
Independent Living Skills – be able to climb stairs and independently maintain personal hygiene and basic daily living needs.
Criminal History – no charges or convictions of a sexual nature.
Mental Health & Medications – be current and compliant with all prescribed mental health medications.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) – if prescribed Suboxone must provide proof of a valid prescription and a taper plan from the prescribing provider on official letterhead prior to acceptance.
Christ-Centered Environment – we are a Christ-centered, Bible-based facility. Residents are expected to respect our Christian beliefs, values, morals, and the beliefs of others.
Things To Know
First 30 Days - residents must remain on facility property for the first 30 days, except for verified employment, medical appointments, or correctional appointments.
No Vaping or Nicotine Pouches - vaping and possession of nicotine pouches are not permitted anywhere on facility property.
Intake Time - approved residents must arrive at the facility by 3:00 PM on the day of intake.
Program Expectations - residents are expected to follow all facility rules, maintain personal responsibility, and participate in the requirements of the sober living program.
